Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered.

 

Custom Services

If you are unsatisfied with a custom service (e.g. consulting, admin work), please notify us within 3 business days of delivery. Refunds or adjustments will be handled case-by-case.
